How do you deal with a RHIB that runs aground and becomes unserviceable?
If there is a boat in the water, send it to help get personnel out of the RHIB. Use the second RHIB to tow the first back (if possible) or leave it on the rocks if not. Assess RHIB passengers as casualties and get medical help as required. Get statements from all involved about the entire event.
