F with severe unremitting pelvic pain
Excessive vaginal bleeding
Dispatch to birthing center/midwife
Pregnancy complications:
- placenta previa/abruptio, diabetes, multiple birth, breech/limb presentation, prolapsed cord, shoulder dystocia, PP hemorrhage
Imminent birth
3rd trimester with abdominal trauma
Pregnancy +trauma with significant MOI

Severe pain + significant MOI
Any underwater rescue
Significant intrusion, ejection or death in same vehicle
