Pregnancy complications:
- placenta previa/abruptio, diabetes, multiple birth, breech/limb presentation, prolapsed cord, shoulder dystocia, PP hemorrhage
Imminent birth
3rd trimester with abdominal trauma
Pregnancy +trauma with significant MOI

Signs/Symptoms of shock

Multiple seizures
Seizure > 5min

1st time infant seizure
Seizure + concurrent trauma, OD, hypoglycemia

Systolic <90
Tachy >120
HR greater than Systolic BP
Unexplained altered LOC/mental status
Poor skin signs
ALS Indicators - Trauma
Falls > 2x height of PT
Thrown > 15-20ft
Penetrating injury of head, neck, eyes, chest, abdomen
Pelvic fx
Bilateral femur fx or femur fx with excessive swelling
Multisystem fx
Open fx except hands/feet
Severe pain + significant MOI
Any underwater rescue
Significant intrusion, ejection or death in same vehicle
