What is a special inspection
A scheduled inspection with a prescribed interval other than a daily or phase
Ex: 7, 14, 28 days
What is a conditional inspection
Unscheduled everts required as a result of a specific over limit condition or a result of an event that requires inspection
Example: bird strike / hail strike
What is a phase inspection
Inspections divided into smaller packages or phases of the same work content. Done sequentially and at specific intervals

PMI ( periodic maintenance interval )

The actions required to retain or restore material or equipment to a serviceable condition with a minimum expenditure or resources
