Some sort of blockage. Could be renal artery stenosis.

What are the 2 types of renal artery stenosis & which patient populations are they usu seen in?

A

Fibromuscular RAS–>usu in younger ppl, easier to treat

Athersclerotic RAS–>usu in older ppl, harder to treat b/c goes to kidney disease!
