Case 2 weather criteria for helicopters
Below case 1 but not less than 500’ ceiling or 1 nautical miles visibility.
Case 3 weather criteria for fixed winged craft?
Below case 2,& 30 minutes after sunset to 30 minutes before sunrise.
Case 3 weather criteria for helicopter
Below case 2, however with a visible horizon helicopters may work in the tower DLQ pattern.
