What is a skill?

What is technique?

Someone who can carry out a performance to an almost “perfect” level in all four factors.
Eg may be Ronaldo or Andy Murray etc

High level of CRE -> decision making
Less tired = more calm
Not tired so focus on decisions
Low level of CRE -> Focus and concentration
More concentrated on others in race etc leading to loss in motivation
Tired = more focused
