pemphigus vulgaris:
-IgG against desmosomes
-oral mucosa involvement
-reticular (net-like) on IF
-Nikolsky +
bullous pemphigoid:
-IgG against hemidesmosomes
-oral mucosa not involved
-linear on IF
-Nikolsky - (and not easily ruptured)

small vesicles form
celiac association

EM –> SJ syndrome (10-30%) –> TEN ( >30%)
