  1. Complete - all the tissue is out.
  2. Incomplete - Tissue still inside so not complete evacuated.
  3. Missed/Silent - Fetus is dead but still inside
  4. Threatened - Bleeding but still alive and closed OS. Can progress to inevitable.
  5. Inevitable - bleeding and open OS
