Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a gram negative rod. It is known to colonise patients with what disease

Clostridium bacteria release toxins that destroy blood cells, blood vessels and muscle tissue, causing what
blisters, swelling and skin discoloration. The bacteria create gas that makes wounds smell bad when they open. The toxins also cause widespread inflammation.(gangrene)
post abx given to sphylis pt - pt has bad reaction like anaphylaxis but no wheeze or hypotension what is this reaction called and what do we do to treat it
The Jarisch-Herxheimer reaction, unlike an anaphylactic reaction, will not present with hypotension and wheeze
nothing - or anti-pyretic like paracetamol
