Abruptio Placenta (Placental Abruption)

The placenta has started to separate from the uterine wall before the baby is born

Amniotic Fluid
A
The protective liquid, consisting mostly of fetal urine and water, that fills the sac surrounding the fetus

What is APGAR and what does it stand for?
A
A measurement that assesses how well the newborn is adjusting to life outside of the womb.
The scores are taken 1-5 minutes after birth and range from 1-10.

G (Grimace): reflect
