They expand/dilate, varying with the degree of challenge.
How often do people normally blink?
Between six to ten times per minute.
What does increased blinking indicate?
Emotional suppression, stress, discomfort or upset.
What does decreased blinking indicate?
High levels of focus.
How can you tell if someone has a dry mouth?
They are swallowing more.
What does increased respiration indicate?
Negative emotions.
