What does Newton’s second law state
the more force applied into something results in the acceleration of it

the harder you kick a football, the faster it will move

The law of reaction
What does Newton’s third law state
There is an equal and opposite reaction for everything

A football being kicked will have the same force going into the shoe as the ball
