Q

What is reproduction asexuee

A

It is when you and only you make a copy of yourself. It uses mitose and makes an exact copy of itself, so there is no genetic variation.

Q

What is the difference between mitose et meiose?

A

Mitose is used to make an exact copy of a cell, while meiose is used for genetic variety. Mitose is used for reproduction asexuee, but meisose is used for reproduction sexuee. Mitose creates 2 new cells somatiques, but meisose creates 4 new celles gametes. Finally, mitose uses diploides while meiose uses haploides.

Q

What is reproduction sexuee?

A

It is how humans are made. For it, you need a male and a female, it uses meioses. The avantages of it is it creates genetic variety, but the negatives are, it is slow, takes a lot of energy, and you need a partner
