Excretion
Reproduction
Growth
Animals can move from place to place
Plants do not move, they move when they grow or when a flower open and closes its petals
Respiration
Is the way living things get energy.they take in oxygen and mix it with food to get energy
Sensitivity
Is the ability to react to changes in the environment.Animals will run away from danger,a plant will grown towards light,
Feeding
Animals do not make there own food.they get there food by eating plants and other animals.plants make their own food.
The way in which plants make it is called Photosynthesis
To make food they need a green dye called chlorophyll.this is why plant are green
Exceretion
Is the removal of waste made in the body, from the body.animals excrete carbon dioxide, water, urea and salts
Reproduction
Is being able to make new individuals of the same kinds e.g babies new plants puppies
Growth
Results from cell division
Invertebrates
Animals that do no have a black one are called invertebrates
Respiration and breathing
Respiration
The process that relases energy
Equation of respiration
Glucose + oxygen - carbon dioxide + water + energy
Aerobic respiration
Needs oxygen to release energy from food
Anaerobic respiration
Doesnt use oxygen to release energy from food
