Service Level Agreement (SLA)
These get applied to a customers Azure bill as a discount, in the event that a service falls below the guaranteed performance metrics provided by Azure
Service Credits
This type of service level agreement combines multiple SLAs across different service offerings.
Composite SLA
This term refers to the combined costs of your infrastructure including any implementation, configuration, training, or IT personnel.
