What is the first amendment?
Freedom of religion, speech, press, assembly, and petition.
What is the second amendment?
Right to keep and bear arms in order to maintain a well regulated militia.
What is the third amendment?
No quartering of soldiers.
What is the forth amendment?
Freedom from unreasonable searches and seizures.
What is the 5th amendment?
Right to due process of law, freedom from self-incrimination, double jeopardy.
What is the 6th amendment?
Rights of accused persons right to a speedy and public trial.
What is the 7th amendment?
Right of trial by jury in civil cases.
What is the 8th amendment?
Freedom from excessive bail, cruel and unusual punishments.
What is the 9th amendment?
people have more rights than what is specifically listed and cannot be construed to deny the people their rights.
What is the 10th amendment?
If a right wasn’t given to the federal government or prohibited to the States in the Constitution, it is held by either the States or the people.
