5 1st amendment basics?

2nd amendment?
Right to bear arms.
3rd amendment?
No soldier in house without permission in time of peace or war.
4th amendment?
A search cannot happen without a warrant describing the place, person, and things to be seized. Warrant must have probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation.
5th amendment?
Ensures protection against self incrimination. Cannot be forced to provide evidence or testimony that can be used against them.
6th amendment?
Right to a fair and speedy trial in the district the crime was committed with a fair and impartial jury.
7th amendment?
Right to have a jury in a trial where compensation exceeds 20 dollars.
8th amendment?
Punishment shall not be excessive and cruel or unusual punishments shall not be inflicted along with excessive fines.
9th amendment?
Rights of citizens shall be protected even if not explicitly written in the constitution.
10th amendment?
Any powers that are not specifically given to the federal government, nor withheld from the states, are reserved to those respective states, or to the people at large.
