1st Amendment
Freedom of religion, speech and the press.
2nd Amendment
The right to bear arms.
3rd Amendment
Freedom from quartering.
4th Amendment
Freedom from unreasonable search or/and seizure.
5th Amendment
Guarantees that an individual cannot be compelled by the government to provide incriminating information about themself.
6th Amendment
The right to a fair and speedy trial.
7th Amendment
Protects the right to a trial by jury in civil court cases.
8th Amendment
Protection against excessive bail or unusual punishment.
9th Amendment
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
10th Amendment
The Federal Government only has those powers delegated in the Constitution.
