In times of peace, citizens are not required to have soldiers living in their houses.
Search and Seizure - Warrants
You can perform a search and/or seizure warrant with the right permission
Rights of the Accused
You can’t be tried for the same crime twice, and you don’t have to admit that you committed the crime
Right to a Speedy Trial
You have the right to a fast, public trial with an issued lawyer
Right to a Jury in Civil Cases
You have the right to a court case with an impartial jury for civil cases that involve money of value that is over $20
Bails, Fines, Punishments
No excessive bails or fines, and no unusual or cruel punishments
Powers Reserved to the People
If the right is not in the Constitution, that doesn’t mean it’s denied
Powers Reserved to the States
The states can have their own constitutions, but the rules can’t go against the US Constitution
