How are they administered?
Cholestyramine and colestipol
- Powder to mix with water or juice

Interactions
Cholestyramine and Colestipol - 2 hrs space
Digoxin
Thyroxin
Warfarin
Ezetimibe (Ezetimibe - Glucoronide)
Moa - Inhibts absorption dietary cholestrol (Annexin-2 & Caveolin-1)
Indication - H.cholesterolemia (alone or w/statin)
Homozygos familial H.cholesterolemia(w/statin)
Adverse - Well tolerated - headache & Myalgia = rare
