What are Big Trucks Porter & Stouts?

A

Dozer Stout (core beer)- 5.5% ABV and 25 IBU (international Bitting Units)
Traditional Irish-style stout made from UK malt and flaked barley
Dark ale known for its roasty aroma, dense creamy head, smooth mouth feel, and bitter finish.

Night Rider Chocolate Porter- 5.3% ABV and 25 IBU
American take on a chocolate porter brewed with BTF cascade hops and Belgian malts. Chew or drink your porter with its smooth coffee tones and 40lbs of cocoa nibs from Ecuador.

Highboy IPA (core beer)- 6.3% ABV and 50 IBU
Our flagship IPA is buttered and finished with a truckload of BT farm grown cascade hops.  Full flavored UK malt (UK grown barley) is balanced with big, bold aromas of pine and citrus.

Half Cab Hazy IPA (core beer)- 6% ABV and 35 IBU- A revved up Hazy IPA with tropical juicy flavors and aromas. Combines BT farm cascade hops along with Mosaic and centennial hops. Perfect trifecta.

Farm Truck Harvest Ale- 5.7% ABV and 40 IBU- with caramel malt and caramel flavor, our harvest IPA is aggressively hopped with Cascade, Amarillo, and Centennial hops to add a piny-citrus flavor.

Daily Driver IPA- 4.5% ABV and 25 IBU- at 4.5% ABV, this daily driver will keep you refreshed all day and night. Brewed and Dry hopped with our BT farm grown Southern Cross hops for a light citrus flavor and smooth drink ability.

Motor Oil Black IPA- 6% ABV and 40 IBU- Looks can be deceiving. A crisp clean IPA that is black as night. Nicknamed the Motor Oil for it’s the life blood of your truck and IPAs are the true life blood of a hops farm. Hops straight from BTF grown chinook and cascade hops.

BTF Imperial or Double IPAs

A

Dually Double IPA- 8% ABV and 70 IBU- Hops and malt are what beer is all about. This smooth double IPA will knock your shocks off with both aromas and flavors of BTF grown chinook and centennial hops

Full Throttle Imperial IPA- 9.3% ABV and 57 IBU- Drop the hammer with this Imperial IPA. The Full Throttle may be light in color but loaded with Sorachi Ace and Casade farm grown hops giving a lemon-herbal character and a strong IBU. A steep grain bill of Pilsner malt and flaked rice results in a high ABV. This is not for a craft beer rookie.

Biere De Garde

A

Rustic interpretations of blondes and bocks originating in Northern France. Earthy and more malt than saison.

ABV 4.5-8.0%

Flavor- Blonde to amber in color, these are well-balanced beers, a bit malty and slightly sweet, with low to moderate hopping.

Wheat Based Ales

Bavarian Hefeweisse Weisenborn/weissbier

A

Pale or amber, weissbier is almost always packaged with yeast (hefe) in the bottle, although filtered Kristal versions exist.

ABV 4.9- 5.5%

Flavor- This is a classic from southern Germany and features a unique yeast that adds fruity bubblegum and banana notes along with characteristics of clove aromas. No hop character. Dark versions are available.

BTF Wheat Based Ales

A

Monkey Wrench Hefeweizen- 6.4% ABV and 24 IBU- With our dry hopped Bavarian style Hefeweizen, the crew tweaked the fermentation specs of authentic Bavarian wheat yeast to produce copious amounts of banana flavor.

Convertible Mandarin Wheat- 6.3% ABV and 23 IBU- a smooth wheat beer with a hint of mandarin orange to finish your palate with a bit of citrus.

A

Highly drinkable golden colored ale ale from the German city of Cologne (koln)

ABV 4.8-5.3%

Flavor- Kolsch is a well balanced beer with a delicate, fruity aroma, clean, soft maltiness and subtle hopping.

El Camino Mexican Lager- 5.1% ABV and 20 IBU- Crisp and clean with a balanced malt and hop profile. Addition of flaked maize for a soft mouth feel.
