A
overuse
instability
impingement or trauma

what are the symptoms?
A
pain in anterior shoulder radiating to elbow
aggrevated by shoulder flexion, forearm pronation and elbow flexion
snapping with shoulder movements if subluxation

what are the signs?
A
tenderness on palpation
tendon tear - pop-eye sign, extensive bruising
