Category 4A
4A. >2 <=10% risk. Finding needs intervention but low suspicion. E.g. partially (<75% circumscribed solid mass with US suggestive of FA, ?abscess, palpable solitary complicated cyst
Category 4B
4B. >10 <= 50%. Moderate suspicion. E.g. amorphous or fine pleomorphic, indistinct solid mass.
Category 4C
4C. 50-95%, high suspicion
Category 5
Identify lesions for which any nonmalignant percutaneous tissue dx is considered discordant., usually resulting in recommendation of repeat bx
