Sources of data
Primary sources - Data created when a event occurred. Collect for a specific purpose. (Credit application, meeting notes)
Secondary source - Data anything that’s not primary. (Before approving credit application doing background checks or newspaper article)
Internal sources - Data received from inside of the business.
External sources - Going outside of the business to get information.

1) Establish priorities (What’s urgent or important)
2) Schedule tasks and allocate to different individual tasks within appropriate timescale
3) Co-ordinating individual tasks
4) Establishing checks and control to ensure that priority deadlines are being met.
5) Agreeing the mechanism to re-schedule ordinary work to ensure priorities are completed. Consider contingency plans.
