I have another question similar to this one which is more in depth from Port Tariff #4, it has all of the about answers in addition to, berths 98, 99, southwest slip and says keep 100 away from any wharf what has a ship berthed at it if it is greater than 300 tons

It’s essentially the cut out at the fuel docks. On a chart it looks like that whole area is berth 73 A-Z
