Practitioner or other Pharmacist (NOT PHARMACY TECHNICIANS).
Do BZD’s or TS’s require prior approval of HC before destruction?
Nope… Narcotics & Controlled Drugs do though!
What symbol must be contained on Targeted Substance packaging?
T\C (contained within a box)
What is contained on the Targeted Substance list???
Benzo’s, their salts, & their derivatives (all end in “pam”)
-Chlordiazepoxide, Triazolam, Estazolam, Clorazepate, Alprazolam also part.
What Benzo-like substances are exempt from Schedule 1?
-Clozapine
-Olanzapine
-Flunitrazepam
-Zolpidem
