Toxicity nursing considerations
Oral toxicity: gastric lavage then activated charcoal and saline cathartics.
Antidote: flumazenil

Sleep apnea, respiratory depression or glaucoma
Liver disease or substance use disorder
Interactions
Alcohol, barbiturates, or opioid consumption
High fatty foods: reduce absorption
Grapefruit juice: reduces metabolism
