Rosh Hashanah is the Jewish New Year festival. It lasts two days and commemorates the creation of the world. Judaism teaches that Rosh Hashanah is also a time when God judges all humanity.

beliving in it is one of the 13 principles of fair and they belive the souls of the righteous ascend to heaven and the souls or the ordinary ascend to heaven and you become righteous by living a good holy life and following the mitzvot and god

Pesach which is passover is a celebration of their freedom that god brought to them and it’s celebrated by remembering their suffering. Its during the last 7 days of spring and each day a meal is eaten on a sedar plate that consists of the same components and each one has a meaning eg. butter herb represents the bitter harsh life if slavery they eat flat bread to show how they had to flee their homes “you must eat bread without yeast” Leviticus
how do jews show thanks to got
through the festival shavuot which happened annually after Passover and candle are lit to signify it’s beginning. They eat dairy foods as a symbol and celebration of the spiritual freedom brought by the torah that was given to Moses and taught to the Israelites
