Judaism and the key concepts of the Shema are:
It declared belief in only One God.
God created the world. He sees and knows everything.
Children should be taught it as soon as the can speak.
God is good. He watches over the world and cares for all people in it. You must show your love to him in return.
What are the basic beliefs of Judaism? Abraham etc. The covenant was God and Abrahams deal. Jewish males are circumcised as a symbol of the covenant.
Abraham’s name means Father of many nations as he is known as the father figure of Christianity, Judaism and Muslims. But Jews were known as the chosen people (that’s what they believe) as Isaac was Jewish and the land was given to him as Abraham was sent to Canaan. However there was dispute as of Isaac’s brother Ishmael who was Muslim. But the Jews believe that it is their land.
