I think a lot about the skills that would help me best [create a meaningful customer experience], and am currently working on applying best practices fromconversion funnels to the customer journey.

I recently helped increase signuprate by [6.8%] within [6 months] by revamping our onboarding experience to align with the reasons customers are signing up at top of funnel, and now Iwant to go through the full end-to-end customer journey and apply learnings from conversion funnel thinking.
