- Security experience/training
- Always curious to learn. Dig into problems my customers are having, even as an SE
- Very organized and detailed in my responses
- Great at understanding what others are asking for
- I’ve been at all levels of customer service - I can very quickly identify when a customer wants to get in the weeds or if they just want the tldr
- Customers always trust that even if I don’t know something, I will solve their problem for them. I might not know all the precise selling points for all GCP products, but I know the main concepts and that I can learn.
