A

All patients receiving iv/im/in meds or fluid
all patients with acute onset changes in mental status, suspected or confirmed loss of consciousness or increased cognitive impairment
Suspected or symptomatic of: ingestions/overdoses, head injury, drug reaction, exposures , attmpted suicide or other medical or traumatic amergencies
