Which type of test is most important to me?
Functional testing It helps find problems with how users interact with it, how it handles data, and how it responds overall. This type is crucial because it ensures the software works well, making users happy and ensuring good quality.
How do you handle a conflict with a team member?
Lets say I hand you a project that is very high priority in my eyes and you don’t have a realistic timeline to complete it? How would you handle this project?
What are the criteria that makes a good qa lead?
A good QA lead demonstrates strong communication skills, technical expertise, leadership qualities

I believe I have the combination of skills and experience to excel in this role. I have a proven track record of successfully executing projects on time and within budget and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

So from your career what are you not proud of?
When I was a entry level qa I rushed through requirements and it caused to have issues along the way and I was known for doing that which was embarrassing however However, I view this exeperience as opportunities for growth and improvement because now ive enhanced my attention to detail to minimize any problems
Why did you choose qa as your career?
I chose QA as my career because I love to make a difference. I enjoy the process of ensuring software quality and contributing in reliable products.
How do you handle a fast paced and hectic environment?
Prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, and adapt quickly to changes.
Why are you currently leaving your position?
Even though I love the company I’m working for, I’m under contract and it is about to end soon

In the next 5 years I’d like to sharpen my skills and build my leadership skills to become a QA lead. I would like to pick up the characteristics of a better QA lead.
What don’t you like about qa?
I’m very passionate about qa all my life but one thing I don’t like is that qa is a position that’s overlooked and usually it could be developers getting the credit after a release. All the hard work we put in are unheard of. This is changing and a lot of companies start to value us but there is companies that overshadow us.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years
The next 5 years I see myself sharpening my skills and build my leadership skills to become a qa lead.
