What are saisons?
A type of beer that is very open to interpretation, the flavors can drastically vary
What are amber ales?
Beers that vary in color from light to dark brown. They have notes of caramel, toffee, chocolate, coffee, toasted, cereal, and usually a malty sweetness
What are porters and stouts?
Type of beer that is the darkest served in the restaurant. They have a sweet milky maltiness, coffee, chocolate, and smoky aromas.
What are Pale Ales?
Pale Ales are lighter than IPAs. Can be defined by a light, balanced maltiness with notes of tropical fruit and a lemongrass flavor.
What are IPAs? (indiana pale ales)
hoppier and stronger version of pale ales. more bitter with a heavy grapefuit and tropical fruit flavor. have the highest IBU out of all beers in the restaurant.
