Joy & Benefits of Eating Beef
Our purpose is to reconnect people to the joy and benefits of eating beef. Obviously the primary way we do this is by serving great beef in a great setting with exceptional service. However, to fully realize our mission we want to also educate our guests about how good great beef can be.
The beef we serve from First Light Farms is great in many ways. Below are five topics which may come up as you engage with our guests along with some basic talking points about each. Keep these handy and use these opportunities with guests to share the great story behind our beef. It will increase their appreciation for this great beef and ultimately help them reconnect to the joy and benefits of eating beef.
Taste
The wagyu beef really has a unique taste to it and when you feed it nothing but grass it really allows that beef flavor to shine through. Nothing gets in the way of that beefy flavor.
Healthfulness
This beef is really incredible. It has a fatty acid profile similar to salmon and is much denser in micro nutrients. When the animal is raised the way nature intended it produces a remarkably healthy protein.
Environment
Environment
The regenerative farming practices that First Light uses really allows mother nature to do what she does and it turns out that’s what’s good for the animal and the planet.

It’s really incredible when you see the pastures these cattle live their lives on. They are these lush green pastures often overlooking the ocean. They roam pretty freely, never worrying about predators or having enough food. It’s a pretty great life.
Rarity of Beef
The beef and grade that we serve is less than one millionth of one percent of all the beef produced in the world. It’s really special stuff and there is not much of it out there.
