Bearing is an accurate way of giving the direction of one place in relation to another.

What do we do/use when working with bearing?

1. We make use of a protractor. A protractor is is divided up into 360(°) 0° and 360° are always at the the top of the protractor.
2. Bearing are a more accurate way of giving direction because it has 360° compared to the 16 points of a compass
3. We always measure from the centre ofvtje circle or the point.
4. The starting point, that is the North-South line, is always at the 0°.
