A

Misconducts, Delays and Sanctions remain in effect for the ENTIRE match.

How is a Delay Sanction administered?

A

Delay Sanction is administered with a Yellow Card on the wrist. It is usually given after a Verbal Warning is given. A Delay Penalty is given if there are any subsequent penalties.
