3mcg/min = 18ml/hr
4mcg/min = 24ml/hr
5mcg/min = 30ml/hr
6mcg/min = 36ml/hr
7mcg/min = 42ml/hr
8mcg/min = 48ml/hr
9mcg/min = 54ml/hr
10mcg/min = 60ml/hr

To mix pressor bolus
Mix 1ml of Epi 1:1,000 with 100ml of NS.
20 mcg = 2ml
