After comparison the Officer discovers certain tools are missing, the officer on duty immediately notifies by phone the

- BC instructs officer to make proper journal entries
- BC instructs officer to prepare and forward a report to the Chief of Department documenting the items lost and explaining the circumstance of the loss. Report forwarded through the chain of command with full endorsements
- BC then notifies the DC
ERP Plan Hazardous Materials shall be implemented only when MEMBERS or EQUIPMENT are exposed to levels of PCB’s of
50 PPM or higher
