QRS duration: Prolonged, greater than 120 ms (3 small squares).
Lead V1 and V2: Show a characteristic “RSR’” pattern or “rabbit ears” appearance.
Lead V6: Displays a wide S wave.
Secondary R wave in V1 is often taller.

In V1: The QRS complex has an M-shaped appearance, resembling the letter “M”.
In V6: The QRS complex looks like a W, with a wide S wave.
