Guideline for Major debriefing shall occur:
1) incidence of exceptional company, or individual accomplishment or valor
2) a Mayday was initiated
3) PAR was ordered due to structural collapse or other significant events ( back draft, Flash over with FF’s in the area)
4) Fires with significant injuries or a fatality
5) incidents requiring a 2nd alarm or greater
6) and incident with unusual circumstances or developments, which would be beneficial to communicate to other members

The Procedure
1) FD operations center shall be established at HQ
2) Emergency recall of personnel within Emergency operations Corps and support services shall be activated by Fire Chief/designee
3) personnel within other Division shall be recalled as needed
4) only those recalled will be given work assignments and be compensated
5) off duty shall not report unless and until ordered to do so by the operations corp
6) emergency recall doe not apply to members on scheduled or any unscheduled leave
7) individuals who were not recalled by the FD and report, will not be compensated and are subject to discipline

- while Enroute any body fluids shall be covered with absorbent spill kit immediately
- any contamination of PPE shall be Disinfected at the time of observation

-spray all surfaces with approved disinfectant

EVD person entersinfection area they shall:
- Step into 40” bio hazard bag
- disinfect contaminated gloves with bleach wipes
- remove gloves into bag
- DISINFECT HANDS WITH BLEACH WIPES and put on 2 clean gloves
- remove clothes from top down, DISINFECT HANDS WITH BLEACH WIPES between each article of clothing
- step out of bag leaving shoes in bag. then remove socks and step down on the tarp.
- DISINFECT HANS WITH BLEACH WIPES and seal bag with duct tape
- DISINFECT HANDS WITH BLEACH WIPES remove gloves and drop in on the bag
- DISINFECT HANDS WITH BLEACH WIPES and the rest of your body with antimicrobial detergent
- DHWBW remove gloves and place on bag
- put on clean tyvek suit
- proceed to shower area
place tyvek suits worn to shower in 40’” bio bag

-Remove all jewelry, wallet, phone, etc - ensure appropriate clothing for under the suit is being worn
-put on inner disposable gloves
-put on suit with hood rolled down into the suit
-tape boot seal leaving tab of folded tape for easy grab
-put on outer gloves and seal the gloves with one strip of tape. leave grab fold
-zip up suit
seal the suit using the roll of tape and creating the grab fold
-put on PAPR belt unit with motoron the back
-put on PAPR hood
-another individual inspect appplication of PPE
place NAME label on suit with time and date

90% to pass
shall compete no fewer than 20 hours training with captain or driver
10 sessions shall consist of pump operator /aerial training
balance of training consist of driving
after finishing the requirments, training shall be notified to set up test and evaluation
