Liqour - 80 proof or higher
Liqueur - is below 80 proof

Grand Marnier… it is a liqueur but it is over 80 proof

How do you calculate the percentage of the amount of proof in the bottle?
Divide the proof by two and that gives you the percentage

also known as the small tin, it is placed inside the large tin when mixing drinks

amount varies with each jigger

Bar spoon - to stir drinks, measure sugar and layer drinks
