These are activities in the form of play that test one’s self on flexibility, agility, balance, coordination, strength and endurance.

Note: It can also be activities that serve as conditioning exercises and can also be introduction to some gymnastics skills like tumbling skills.

- Log roll

Procedure:
- From a supine lying position, hands clasped overhead, roll sideward right or left with the body, arms and legs are actively straight.
Log roll
Procedure:
- In cross sitting position, arms in front of the body clasping the elbow, stand without breaking the hand clasp and leg cross.
Turk Stand
Procedure:
- Hold the ankle with hands legs relatively straight. Walk forward.

What are the 2 Dual Stunts examples from the PPT?
- Wring the dish cloth
- Chinese get-up
Procedures:
- Partners face each other and join hands.
- Raised one joined hand while the other is lowered.
- Turn under the raised hands and end in a back to back position.
- Continue the turn to face each other again. Do this fast and several times.

Procedures:
- Long sitting position, partner stayed back to back position with elbows locked.
- Bend right knee ct.1 bend left knee ct.2, push against each other back to stand.
- Go down to original position for ct.4.

Procedures:
- Partner two, stand behind your partner’s feet. Lift partner one’s legs and secure them by your hips.
- Partner one walks their hands forward, while partner two is walking forward and holding partners one’s legs.

Students sitting have their feet toward the middle while grasping the wrists of people standing.
Merry go round
Line one behind the other. Hold waist of the person in front then walk.
