At a minimum, every SF member will have readily available an A-bag, which includes tactical load bearing equipment (LBE), inclement weather gear, handcuffs with case and key, body armor, Kevlar helmet, appropriate magazine pouches, disposable gloves with pouch, approved holster with dual retention for any post authorized to
carry the M18 handgun, radio case, whistle, pocket notebook and pen, flashlight, hearing protection, expandable baton/carrier (if qualified), Restricted Area Badge (RAB), flight line driver‘s license, state driver‘s license (if issued), and Common Access Card (CAC).
Is a twic card holder required a background?
Yes do a background. If this credential is presented, Visitor Control Center Personnel must
vet the card-holder through an NCIC criminal background check. If no unfavorable background
information is found, individual is allowed unescorted access.
