Anechoeic
Having no internal echoes; echo-free, sonolucent, echolucent; appears black.
Anterior
Situated toward the front of the body.

Structure producing echoes; bright
Fissure

Fossa
General term for hollow or depressed area
Fundus
Bottom or base or base of an organ, or the part of a hollow organ furthest from its mouth
Hilum
An opening where vessels enter or leave
Homogeneous
Of uniform structure or composition throughout
