A

Labs: increase in SCr & BUN

BUN: SCr >20

Signs: decreased urine output, tachycardia, tachypnea, dry skin/mouth/ mucous membranes, skin tenting( reduced bounce) possible fever

Commonly caused by: diarrhea, vomiting lack fluid intake
