Binge Drinking: M: 5 or more drinks; W: 4 or more in about 2-3 hours.
Mild to Moderate: M: 2 drinks/day; W: 1/day, M: no more than 4 on any occasion, W: 3.
Physical Activity Guidelines
Adults Need at least: 150 minutes (2hrs, 30 minutes) of moderate-intensity aerobic activity (i.e. brisk walking) weekly.

Muscle-Strengthening: 2 or more days/week on all major muscle groups
OR 1 hr, 15 min. vigorous-intensity jogging or running every week
OR an equivalent mix of moderate and vigorous + Muscle-Strengthening 2 or more days per week on all major muscle groups.
10 minutes at a time is good too! Evidence shows even moderate-paced walking is good.
