A

Lucy Pattie. She held the Fraternity’s documents as Kentucky Chi went off to fight in the Civil War, and told to keep the documents safe (by John Kent) until someone came and gave her the Grip. After the war, a newly initiated member (Albert McMahan) sheepishly gave her the Grip, and she produced all of the Fraternity’s documents.
