Remember to only use a bare few drops of each for desired effects. Do not put the essential oil directly on the skin without diluting, unless using lavender (lavendula angustifolium) which works like a charm on burns. One naked drop does wonders. Chamomile German (matricaria chamomila) is most recommended for this easy emergency list. Citronella (cymbopogon nardus) can be used in place of lemongrass (cymbopogon citratus) This set of cards is simply a quick guide to remind myself the quick emergency oils for certain ailments. The cures themselves lie in specific proportions to base oils, alcohol, or other dilutants. Used on the skin, through inhalation, in baths or other form of application.
