devices and describe the appearance and clues that will help identify an improvised
explosive device (IED).

The cadet will list precautions and basic procedures to be followed when responding to an incident involving commercial explosives, improvised explosives, or military ordnance.

The cadet will describe the need to be aware of the possibility of multiple or secondary explosives at any incident.
